GENERAL PROVISIONS
This document is a legal agreement between you and VISHAL AND SIMRAN LENDING INVESTOR CORP (referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your use of the Financial Services provided by Us (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service"). Your initiation of registration to use the Service means that you have read, declare your agreement to, and accept all of the rules and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Any action you take to use the Service will also be deemed as your final confirmation of this Agreement. We recommend that you store or print a copy of this Agreement (including all related policies) for future reference. Please read the entire Agreement carefully and ensure that you fully understand it before you start using the Service.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To be able to use the Fast Loan Service, you need to complete a registration procedure to create an account, including a unique username and password. The information you provide during the registration process will be used by Us to help provide content, services, and to manage your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, username, and password, as well as for all activities that occur under or through your Account. You warrant and guarantee that all information related to your Account is accurate at all times. If you provide untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information, or if We have reasonable grounds to suspect the authenticity or completeness of such information or to suspect that you have violated these Terms of Use, We have the right to suspend, indefinitely terminate, or block your member access to the Platform, and to refuse to grant you access to the Platform. You have the obligation to (a) immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach; and (b) ensure that you log out of your account after each use of the Service. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements, or arising from the use of your account (with or without your knowledge) before you notify Us of unauthorized access. You are not permitted to transfer your account to any other person, and you are not permitted to use another person's account at any time without the permission of the account holder.
PRIVACY POLICY

CONDITIONS OF USE
The Service is provided only to individuals who have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Civil Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 386, as amended). If you are a minor (below 18 years of age), you are not permitted to register as a User of the LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH platform, and you are not permitted to conduct any transactions with Us.
MEANS OF COMMUNICATION
When you use the Service or send emails, data, information, or other forms of communication to Us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with Us through electronic means. You agree to receive notices and communications from Us in electronic form on a periodic basis or as necessary.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND TRANSACTIONS
1. LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH provides digital lending solutions to citizens of the Philippines through its online platform and/or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). The Services include, but are not limited to:
- Providing short-term loan and installment loan products.
- Evaluating and approving loan applications based on credit risk analysis.
- Disbursing approved loan amounts to borrowers.
- Supporting the payment and repayment process through digital payment methods.
- Providing customer support services and financial education guidance materials.
2. To use the Service, you need to register with LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH by logging in through an account that you have created with Us ("User Account"). During the application process, you will be required to share and upload User Data to the Platform or mobile application forms. User Data includes personal information (including but not limited to): full name, email address, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, password, photo, and login information; financial information such as bank account number, payroll, bank statements, data from Credit Information Corporations, data for "Know Your Customer" (KYC) compliance, and other related details ("Personal Information"). You warrant that the Personal Information you provide is always accurate, truthful, and complete. You understand and acknowledge that We may require you to update this Personal Information periodically.
3. Any transaction performed by LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH on your behalf will be based on your explicit instruction/approval and will not be arbitrary. You also authorize LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH to permit inquiries into your credit information report from one or more Credit Information Corporations at Our discretion. After you confirm and upload User Data and/or other necessary documents and information to the Platform, We will process such data. Disbursement of the Loan to the bank account you designate will be carried out after We have completed verification of your documents and determined that you meet the eligibility criteria and other conditions specified by Us.
4. You fully understand and agree that the Loan will be disbursed in the manner specified on the Platform. You have the obligation to repay the full Outstanding Amount to Us on or before the corresponding Due Date displayed on the Platform.
5. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account when using the Service. You agree that LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use or misuse of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your User Account and all related activities. LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH has the sole discretion to accept or reject your registration to use the Service without providing any reason.
6. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the operability of the electronic device and internet connection you use to access the Platform. The performance of the Platform or the Service on your device depends on the hardware configuration, software, quality of internet connection, and other technical specifications required from time to time.
7. The User Data provided during registration will be stored by Us for your convenience. You are not required to be always logged into your User Account to use or access the Platform. You understand and acknowledge that, by accepting these Terms, you permit Us to monitor, retrieve, and use User Data, including your Personal Information, for the purpose of verifying and updating your login information when necessary.
INDEMNIFICATION AND WAIVER OF WARRANTIES
You have the obligation to indemnify and hold harmless VISHAL AND SIMRAN LENDING INVESTOR CORP , its owners, licensors, affiliates, subsidiaries (if any), and their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees, from and against any losses, claims, demands, or legal actions (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by any third party or penalties imposed, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, other Policies, or your violation of any law, rule, or regulation, or infringement of any third-party rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge and confirm that you have clearly understood the rules, regulations, and risks associated with the services provided by LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH . The information herein may be adjusted or supplemented periodically. Neither you nor any member of LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH has any legal right to file a claim against LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH based on such changes. LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH has the sole right to amend or supplement any of these Terms at any time. We may notify you of amended terms by posting them on the mobile application or by any other method determined by LayaLoan: Fast Loan APP PH . You are responsible for periodically checking and reviewing these Terms yourself, including any modifications that may be posted on the mobile application.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the Platform and/or the Service for the following purposes:
(a) Any unlawful activity.
(b) Soliciting or inducing others to perform unlawful acts.
(c) Violating any statute, rule, law, or ordinance (international, national, provincial/regional, or local).
(d) Collecting or tracking the personal information of others without authorization.
(e) For any obscene or immoral purpose.
We have the right to terminate your use of the Service or the mobile application if you violate any of the above prohibitions.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
